Dell T34N0 (0T34N0) GPU Power Cable – 12-Pin to 8-Pin EPS-12V for PowerEdge R750 / R750xs / R7525, Refurbished
Warranty: Lifetime
The Dell T34N0 (Dell part 0T34N0) is the GPU power cable for Dell's 15th-generation PowerEdge servers: the R750, R750xs and R7525. It runs from a 12-pin power header on the motherboard (labelled MB_P0/P3/P4) to a data-center GPU's 8-pin EPS-12V (CPU-style) input, the kind used by the NVIDIA A40, A100 PCIe, V100 PCIe and P40.
It is not the R740 / R740xd cable. Those servers use an 8-pin riser header and need the Dell 4VPD3. These are refurbished and tested.
Specs
- Dell part number: 0T34N0 (T34N0)
- Type: Internal GPU auxiliary power cable, 1 cable per listing
- Motherboard end: 12-pin, labelled MB_P0/P3/P4
- GPU end: 8-pin EPS-12V (CPU-style), labelled GPU — not PCIe 8-pin
- Length: approx. 16 in
- Servers: Dell PowerEdge R750, R750xs, R7525
- GPUs: NVIDIA A40, A100 PCIe, Tesla V100 PCIe, Tesla P40 and other cards with an EPS-12V 8-pin input
- Condition: Refurbished and tested
Check before you order
- Your server is an R750, R750xs or R7525. On an R740 or R740xd, you need the 4VPD3 instead.
- Read the auxiliary power line on your GPU's spec sheet. "8-pin CPU" or "EPS-12V" means this cable. Cards with PCIe 6-pin or 6+2-pin inputs need a different cable.
- Slot-powered cards such as the Tesla T4, L4 and A2 draw 75 W or less and need no cable.
- One cable powers one card. Two A40s need two cables.
- The server also needs Dell's GPU riser and the high-performance fan configuration for GPUs. Not sure? Send us your server model.
Never force or adapt one connector type into the other. EPS-12V and PCIe 8-pin carry 12 V and ground on different pins. A plug that only fits with force is the wrong plug.
Lifetime warranty
Backed by the Resilient Tec lifetime warranty. If it doesn't fit your server and GPU, we replace or refund it.
FAQ
Does the NVIDIA A40 need the T34N0 cable in an R750 or R7525?
Yes. The A40 has one 8-pin EPS-12V input, so one T34N0 powers one A40 in an R750, R750xs or R7525.
What is the difference between T34N0 and 4VPD3?
Both feed an 8-pin EPS-12V GPU input. T34N0 plugs into the 12-pin motherboard header on 15th-generation servers (R750, R7525). 4VPD3 plugs into the 8-pin riser header on 14th-generation servers (R740, R740xd). They are not interchangeable.
How much does the Dell T34N0 cable cost?
$23.50 per cable at Resilient Tec, in stock and shipping from Knoxville, Tennessee, with a lifetime warranty.
