Every compatible DAC cable, AOC cable, transceiver, and interconnect sold by Resilient Tec comes with a lifetime warranty. No expiration date. No registration required. No questions asked.

If a product fails at any point — whether it's six months after purchase or six years — we will replace it. Period.

What's Covered

  • All DAC (Direct Attach Copper) cables — including QSFP56, QSFP28, QSFP-DD, and OSFP form factors
  • All AOC (Active Optical Cables)
  • All optical transceivers (QSFP+, QSFP28, QSFP-DD, SFP+, SFP28)
  • All breakout cables (e.g., 400G to 2x200G, 200G to 2x100G)
  • All passive and active interconnect products

How It Works

Step 1: Contact us at sales@resilient-tec.com or call 888.442-3849 and let us know the item isn't working as expected.

Step 2: We'll confirm your order and ship a replacement — typically same business day.

Step 3: Return the defective item using the prepaid label we provide.

That's it. No lengthy RMA process. No diagnostic hoops to jump through. If it doesn't work, we make it right.

Compatibility Guarantee

All Resilient Tec compatible products are fully tested for compatibility with NVIDIA/Mellanox, Cisco, Juniper, Arista, and other leading networking platforms before they ship. If a product is not compatible with your specific hardware configuration, we will replace or refund it — no restocking fee, no hassle.

What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage caused by mishandling, improper installation, or environmental factors (e.g., liquid damage, bent pins)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers (not directly from resilient-tec.com or our authorized eBay store)
