Storage
Enterprise Storage — Hard Drives, SSDs & Storage Arrays for Servers & Data Centers
Resilient Tec stocks enterprise-grade hard drives, solid state drives, and storage system components for Dell PowerEdge, HP ProLiant, Cisco UCS, and other major server platforms. Every drive is tested for functionality before shipment and accurately described for compatibility.
Drive Types in This Collection
- SAS HDD (Serial Attached SCSI) — high-RPM (10K/15K) enterprise drives for RAID arrays and mission-critical storage; superior performance and reliability vs SATA
- SATA HDD — cost-effective bulk storage; suitable for backup, archive, and non-critical workloads
- NL-SAS (Near-Line SAS) — high-capacity, lower-RPM drives with SAS interface; for bulk cold storage and backup in enterprise enclosures
- SAS SSD — high-endurance solid state drives for high-IOPS workloads in enterprise servers
- SATA SSD — cost-effective SSD for OS drives, caching, and general workloads
Drive Form Factors
- 3.5" LFF (Large Form Factor) — used in storage-dense servers and NAS/SAN enclosures; higher capacities
- 2.5" SFF (Small Form Factor) — used in most modern 1U/2U rack servers; more drives per unit
Important: Make sure your server backplane supports the interface (SAS vs SATA) and form factor (2.5" vs 3.5") of the drive you're ordering. Contact us if you need confirmation.
Compatibility
Drive compatibility depends on your server's storage controller (HBA/RAID card), backplane type, and firmware. Dell and HP servers typically require drives with vendor-specific firmware for full compatibility, including health reporting in iDRAC/iLO. Contact us with your server model and we'll confirm drive compatibility before you order.
