• Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Resilient Tec pays standard ground shipping on every order delivered within the United States. There is no minimum order value, no weight threshold, and no excluded product categories — servers, switches, and rack hardware ship free the same as cables and transceivers.
• Expedited and next-day service is available at checkout at cost.
• International orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.

Same-Day Shipping

• Place your order by 5:00 pm ET for same-day shipping on in-stock items.

Delivery Details

• Most orders ship from us within 1 business day.
• U.S. standard delivery typically arrives 3–5 business days after the order ships.
• Out of Stock Items: Full orders will ship when all items are available unless otherwise arranged.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• All shipments are fully insured at no cost. If your order is lost or damaged, we’ll handle the replacement quickly and hassle-free.
