In-stock orders placed by 5:00 pm ET ship the same business day. Most orders leave our facility within one business day, and U.S. standard delivery typically arrives 3–5 business days after the order ships.
Can I pay for faster shipping?
Yes. Expedited and next-day services are available at checkout at cost. Free standard shipping remains the default option on every U.S. order.
Does Resilient Tec ship internationally?
Yes. Resilient Tec ships to the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, and Malaysia at a flat rate shown at checkout. Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility. Free shipping applies to U.S. destinations only.
Are shipments insured?
Yes. Every Resilient Tec shipment is fully insured at no cost to the customer. If an order is lost or damaged in transit, we handle the replacement directly.
