MCP4Y10-N002 OSFP 400G NDR InfiniBand Passive DAC Cable, 2m – NVIDIA DGX H100/H200
Warranty: Lifetime
OEM-equivalent — NVIDIA DGX H100/H200 NDR InfiniBand cable
Part Number: MCP4Y10-N002 (NVIDIA / Mellanox)
Description: OSFP Passive Direct Attach Copper (DAC) cable, 400G NDR InfiniBand-rated, 2m (6.6 ft)
The MCP4Y10-N002 is a single-port OSFP-to-OSFP passive direct-attach copper cable from NVIDIA's 400G OSFP LinkX line. It provides a direct, switch-free NDR InfiniBand link between two NVIDIA DGX H100/H200 systems at up to 400 Gb/s per port.
On the DGX H100/H200, the ConnectX-7 cluster network is exposed through OSFP ports on the rear of the system. You plug one end of this cable into an OSFP port on the first node and the other end into the matching OSFP port on the second node to link two units directly — no Quantum-2 switch required for a two-node topology. For deployments of three or more nodes, a Quantum-2 InfiniBand switch is used instead of direct DAC connections.

| Fabric | NDR InfiniBand (Quantum-2 platform) |
Which Port Does This Use?
Each DGX H100/H200 has four OSFP cage positions serving eight single-port ConnectX-7 InfiniBand cards on the compute/cluster fabric. This cable plugs into those OSFP ports. Note that the DGX H100/H200 uses OSFP connectors — not QSFP-DD — for its NDR InfiniBand links.
Avoid QSFP-DD DACs (for example, the MCP1660-W-series) for this connection. Those are 400GbE Ethernet cables for Spectrum switches and will not carry NDR InfiniBand on the DGX's OSFP ports.
